Pathfinder, a Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), offers mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, structural engineering, energy engineering, architecture, commissioning, and energy modeling to diverse clients in both the private and public sectors. Headquartered in Rochester, NY, Pathfinder’s demonstrated ability has taken us from its founding to a staff of more than 30 engineers, architects and designers, including 12 LEED Accredited Professionals. Along the way, we have excelled in meeting client demand for innovation, sustainable design, guidance and integrated service.

Our team of professionals is expert in special environments, industrial/manufacturing, office/commercial, municipal, healthcare, institutional and educational project planning and design. Our staff of engineers and architects is skilled in the fields of: master planning, programming, architecture and interior design, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power and electrical systems, structural engineering, energy modeling and commissioning. Capabilities range from upgrades and renovations to the design of new facilities. And, our project teams are as comfortable with design/build as they are with the traditional design/bid/build project delivery process.
